Carefully pack your AI Mirror in its original protective crate and packaging, ensuring all sensors, weights, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and schedule a specialized courier pickup through our portal to ensure safe transit of the hardware.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team inspects the hardware and verifies the AI components are intact, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
